How has your Bible reading been in 2025?

Okay, it is almost the end of November. How has your Bible reading been?

Big success or a big failure?

Are you on track to finish the Bible in 2025? Congratulations!

Maybe you started the year great, but got behind and gave up halfway, or didn’t make past Leviticus.

Don’t be discouraged, maybe you can’t finish the Bible this year, but maybe for December, you can commit to reading the Gospel of John and one of the synoptic gospels (Matthew, Mark, or Luke). Mark is the shortest with 16 chapters.

I think it is always good to have a plan for reading the Bible. Here are some links for Bible Plans:

Here are some helpful articles to assist you in your Bible reading.

I would also encourage you to join Wednesday in the Word in January, as we will cover “Bible Survey,” which will give you a good overview of the Bible. It will run from January 14 to February 04 (4 weeks).

Here is a quote from A.W. Tozer (from the Pursuit of God)to help us in reading our Bibles,

“The Bible is not an end in itself, but a means to bring men to an intimate and satisfying knowledge of God, that they may enter into Him, that they may delight in His Presence, may taste and know the inner sweetness of the very God Himself in the core and center of their hearts.”

Let us commit to reading the Bible to draw closer to God.

In Christ,
Pastor Kyu Park
